  2. Is it possible to order by phone?
    You can. You can order any item on HockeyLodge.com over the phone. Call (651) 726-8254 between 11am and 5pm CT, Monday through Friday.
  3. Can I pick up my order in store?
    You can choose in-store pick up, and we'll email you when it's ready. Please note that certain items may not be available for store pickup.
  4. Acceptable forms of payment?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or cash for online payments.
  5. When will I be charged?
    You will be charged once your order is placed.
  6. Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
    Changes or cancellations can be made anytime between 11 am and 5 pm CT, Monday through Friday, by calling (651) 726-8254. Changing your order may result in additional shipping fees. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed/cancelled. Please follow our return policy.
  7. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
    You can return or exchange items if you follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  8. What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
    Contact us at (651) 726-8254 or Hockeylodge.com at your earliest convenience if an incorrect item was shipped. Most items can be exchanged at no additional charge.
  9. How long until I see my order?
    Processing and handling times, as well as the destination location, affect delivery times. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days and shipped via UPS. As soon as the order ships, HockeyLodge.com is not responsible for any delays or UPS shipping estimates.
  10. How much does shipping cost?
    We will calculate shipping rates based on order weight, value, and shipping method. Rates will be determined at checkout. Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges. Items with a high value, such as game used jerseys or sticks, may require additional shipping.
  11. Can you ship internationally?
    We can. At checkout, you can choose international shipping. Please call (651) 726-8254 between 11am and 5pm CT, Monday through Friday, or email hockeylodge@wild.com if your country is not listed. Depending on the destination country's customs and tariff laws, additional fees may be due at delivery. HockeyLodge.com cannot determine those fees at this time.
  12. Ship to military addresses?
    Sadly, no. Currently, HockeyLodge.com ships only to residential and business addresses.
  13. My order is urgent. Can it be sent overnight?
    Yes. At checkout, HockeyLodge.com offers overnight UPS service. Orders placed after 2pm CT Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. For additional rush shipping options, email Hockeylodge@wild.com.
  14. Can my order be shipped differently than UPS?
    No. All orders must go through UPS at this time.
  15. Shipping to PO boxes?
    No. HockeyLodge.com cannot ship to PO boxes or dropboxes at this time. An address correction is required for all orders to PO boxes.
  16. Do I have to pay tax?
    Only Minnesota and Iowa residents will be charged sales tax on applicable items by HockeyLodge.com. Other out-of-state orders are not taxed.
  17. Are the details I send through HockeyLodge.com secure?
    Absolutely. The information you submit is securely stored in our online database with Secure.net. HockeyLodge.com does not share your information with third parties.
  18. My order was canceled?
    We may need to cancel your order due to inaccurate inventory availability, technical glitches, or personalization issues.
  19. HockeyLodge.com offers merchandise donations?
    All donations must go through the Minnesota Wild and follow their donation requirements. Requests must be submitted online. HockeyLodge.com and the Minnesota Wild cannot accept donations in person or over the phone.
  20. Certain items are available in your stores but not online. Can I order them?
    You can. The Hockey Lodge only sells certain items in its physical stores due to licensing restrictions. For orders, please call the Xcel Energy Center store at (651) 726-8254.
  21. Do you customize jerseys?
    Absolutely! Minnesota Wild jerseys can be customized with player or custom names. Additionally, we can letter and number the North Stars, Fighting Saints, and Gophers! Custom jersey orders are final sale.
