Shipping

Please note that all deliveries are handled by UPS. Estimated delivery times as shown above are provided by UPS for standard ground orders and are intended as an approximation only. We are unable at this time to guarantee shipping on any particular date, and only provide these estimates as guidelines for when you possibly could receive your shipment.  All standard ground orders are subject to a 2-4 day processing period before being shipped, in addition to the transit time.  Orders valued at over $100 may be subject to customer signature upon delivery.  Should the recipient not be home, the delivery may be rescheduled for the following business day. 

Next Day, 2nd Day, and Three Day Select orders must be placed before 2pm CT on standard business days to be shipped same day.  The Hockey Lodge is not responsible for any delays once the order has been picked up by UPS from our warehouse. Please contact the Hockey Lodge at 651-726-8254 for your rush order/time sensitive needs. 

Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How long before I see my order?

Delivery times are subject to processing/handling times, as well as destination location.  Orders will be processed in 1-4 business days and shipped out via UPS.  Once the order has shipped, HockeyLodge.com is not responsible for any delays or shipping time estimates provided by UPS.  Estimated delivery times are listed on the map above.  Please note that certain items, such as custom jerseys may take an additional amout of time before it is shipped to allow for completion.  Orders needing address correction will be subject to additional shipping times.

2.  Where can I get tracking for my order?

UPS tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order is picked up from our location.  Please note that tracking numbers may take 1-2 business days after your order is processed before being created.  

3.  What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates will be based on order weight, value, shipping service, and destination.  These rates will be determined at checkout.  Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional charges and/or fees depending on the destination's duty and tariff laws.  These additional charges are determined by UPS and are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.   Large and high value items, such as game used jerseys or sticks may be subject to an additional shipping fee.

4.  Can you ship internationally?

Yes.  International shipping options are available at checkout.

5.  Do you ship to PO boxes?

No.  At this time HockeyLodge.com is unable to ship to any PO box or dropbox.  All orders to a PO box will be subject to an address correction.

6.  Can you ship to a military address?

No.  At this time HockeyLodge.com is only able to ship to standard residential or business addresses.

7.  I need my order ASAP.  Can I get it sent overnight?

Yes.  HockeyLodge.com offers overnight UPS service which is selectable at checkout.  Please note that orders placed after 2pm CDT Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day.  Expedited orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.  For additional rush shipping options, please call 651-726-8254. 

8.  Can my order be shipped a different method other than UPS?

No.  At this time all orders must only go through UPS.

9.  Can you ship glassware or framed photos?

Due to the fragile nature of these products, glassware and any framed piece is subject to in store pickup only.
